Responsibilities and Expertise:

Bernie has over 25 years of experience working in shopping centre operations.  Bernie oversees and directs all operations projects, tendering and procurement, legislative requirements, sustainability, and facilities management across the Retail First portfolio.  A major part of this role is managing, training, and mentoring the Operations team.

Bernie has been played an integral role in the recent implementation of rooftop solar systems, creating efficiencies across the portfolio and continues to seek sustainable cost-effective solutions and initiatives for Retail First shopping centres.
