Elizabeth has accumulated over 25 years of experience in various roles, including design, property development, and property management in the residential, retail, and hospitality sectors. She began her journey with Mirvac but transitioned to Retail First Pty Ltd in 2010. During her initial two years, she familiarised herself with the organization’s culture and core values before assuming her current role as the Head of Development for the Retail First portfolio.

In her time at Retail First, Elizabeth has successfully completed projects in 14 out of the 20 properties within the management portfolio. This achievement underscores the dedication of YFG and Trondage in maintaining their properties’ relevance in an ever-evolving retail landscape.

Elizabeth holds a Graduate Diploma in Property Economics (Development) from QUT and an Associate Diploma of Arts in Interior Design from Griffith University.

One of her most fulfilling aspects of her work is the management of a diverse team comprising highly talented individuals who contribute a wealth of knowledge to the Development Team and the organisation as a whole.
