Responsibilities and Expertise:

With more than 30 years of experience overseeing all aspects of Shopping Centre Management, Operations, Leasing, Investment Sales and Marketing, Steven Bridges established Retail First in 2003, having previously held the positions of Queensland Manager of Savills and Joint Managing Director of Shopping Centre Management with Byvan.

Steven Bridges contributed to Australia’s property industry through appointments such as National Committee Member of the Shopping Centre Council of Australia, Queensland Chairman of the Australian Council of Shopping Centres and as an Executive Committee member of the Property Council of Australia.

In 2012 Steven also had the honour of receiving the President’s Award which is an individual award recognising outstanding performance in the retail sector presented by the Property Council of Australia.
