Booval Fair is set to undergo an exciting facelift, transforming its Brisbane Road façade into a vibrant, open frontage that will welcome new food and casual dining options. The construction will continue until April 2025, with controlled measures in place to minimise disruption during the busy holiday season.

The upgrades come as Espresso Lane café prepares to open in the new year, taking over the former Coffee Club space, and Keep Fitness gym launches just in time for Christmas. These additions will enhance Booval Fair’s popular lineup, which includes BIG W, Woolworths Supermarkets, and over 50 specialty stores, reinforcing the centre as a go-to community hub.
