Margate Village underwent a complete transformation, both inside and out, coinciding with Woolworths’ launch of the Direct to Boot service, and their store’s full refurbishment.

The project for this neighbourhood shopping centre included new entry statements and improved external aesthetics, repainting the interior mall, and a revamp of the carpark surface.

A modernised logo and refreshed branding were also introduced. The response from customers and retailers has been overwhelmingly positive, with many noting that the new look seamlessly complements the coastal village location.

This marks a significant milestone for Retail First’s smallest shopping centre in the portfolio. Well done to the entire Centre Management and Development teams for delivering such a fantastic outcome, and thanks to our Project Managers Kade Kendall and Jenny Brandon from Generate Property Group.
