There is lots of activity at the old Brook Hotel site, adjacent to Brookside Shopping Centre.

A staged development from the ground up with Dan Murphy’s imminent completion being stage one of the project, due to open in March.

The new tavern called The Brook, and the 40 bed hotel under the banner of Nightcap Hotels are both anticipated to be complete by the third quarter. Well done to ALH Hotels – working with Retail First Pty Ltd in meeting the needs and wants of the changed demographics in the Brookside trade area.

The new tavern, Dan Murphy’s and hotel accommodation is eagerly awaited and welcomed by the Brookside community. We look forward to the first stage being complete when Dan Murphy’s opens it’s doors for trade in a couple of months time.
