At Retail First, the health, safety, and wellbeing of everyone who works in, visits or interacts with our Centres is a priority.

Health & Safety First is our commitment to creating and maintaining safe environments across all Retail First managed Centres. It means working together to identify hazards, manage risks and make safety part of everything we do.

Our Commitment

Everyone at our Centres has a role to play in keeping our Centres safe. We expect everyone to:

• Take reasonable care of their own health and safety and that of others.
• Follow safety requirements and safe work practices.
• Speak up if something doesn’t look or feel safe.
• Identify and manage risks before undertaking work.
• Report hazards, incidents, and unsafe conditions.

By working together and putting Health & Safety First, we can help protect our employees, retailers, contractors, visitors, and customers. 

Working at a Retail First Centre?

All contractors, subcontractors, tradespeople, service providers, and their workers must complete the Retail First Safety Induction before commencing work at a Retail First managed Centre.
