Our partnership with DV Safe Phone provides an ongoing way for Retail First and our communities to support people experiencing domestic violence.

Mobile phone donation points are available year-round at Centre Management offices across all Retail First shopping centres. Community members can donate their unused mobile phones, which are then repurposed to help people experiencing domestic violence stay safe and connected.

Retail First proudly supports OzHarvest through our annual food drive, helping people experiencing hardship across Queensland.

From October to December each year, donation points are set up across our shopping centres, encouraging customers to contribute pantry essentials. With the support of All Purpose Transport, donations are collected and delivered to local charities, helping provide essential food supplies to those in need across our communities.

For more than a decade, Retail First has proudly partnered with Share the Dignity, supporting their work to help women and girls experiencing homelessness, domestic violence and hardship.

Each March and August, donation bins are placed across all Retail First shopping centres, giving our communities the opportunity to donate essential period products and help restore dignity to those in need.
