Australia Fair on the Gold Coast is undergoing a $50 million upgrade.
Works are well underway to elevate the centre’s offering including an immersive foodie experience, a 1900 sqm Planet Fitness gymnasium, 600 sqm Asian supermarket, a new rooftop bar and café and a variety of new retailers.
Works on the centre’s exterior has also commenced – a refresh with architectural updates to its main façade, as well as the façade and street frontage on the Nerang Street entrance.
Striking the perfect balance between design and function, centre accessibility and amenities have been at the forefront of the redevelopment. This will encompass a brand-new pedestrian entrance from Marine Parade with lift access, escalator upgrades, upgraded skylights, a new set of amenities on the Ground Floor near Woolworths.
The multi-stage redevelopment is anticipated to be completed by April 2023.
