Heart Gallery Showcase

After the Heart Gallery’s success at Toowong Village in 2023, we are excited to see six of the ten hearts have embarked on a travelling showcase. Each heart was meticulously painted by a local artist, and the 2023 silent auction raised more than $40,000 for local charities. Now on display in various locations across Brisbane, these incredible works of art are available for everyone to enjoy. The hearts are currently exhibited at the following locations:

• Brisbane City Hall : ‘Everything Old is Blue Again’ by Michelle Grayson (Sprout Gallery)
• Mt Ommaney Centre : ‘Village People’ by Peta Harvey. Purchased by Cooper Grace Ward in support of Baby Give Back.
• Brookside : ‘Forest Fandango’ by Bernadette Twomey
• Capalaba Park : ‘Kryptonite’ by Sofles
• ‍Royal Brisbane & Women’s Hospital : ‘The Heartful Grimmer’ by Ann Nguyen (The Artful Grimmer)

This has been a wonderful extension of a unique and innovative campaign that brought great success for Toowong Village, with the highlight in 2024 being the opportunity to showcase the artists and amazing local talent.
