Following a company-wide survey, a number of team members from across all departments at Retail First participated in a Values Workshop facilitated by Leanne Hughes.
The group engaged in meaningful discussions around company culture and shared ideas on our organisational values. Leanne will now collaborate with our leadership team to develop an actionable plan that supports future growth.
Thank you to everyone who contributed their time and insights to this important process. This marks just the beginning – taking the time to reflect on who we are today lays the foundation for a stronger Retail First tomorrow.
