Retail First Centre Managers and Heads of Department recently came together for our annual Centre Management Conference.

The conference was facilitated by the incredible Leanne Hughes, featuring inspirational speakers James H Stewart GAICD, Dominique Lamb, Anthony Ryan, and Aaron Zamykal. It provided an opportunity to share the outcomes of Retail First’s two-year organisational review, explore the meaning behind our three business values, and celebrate the rollout of our refreshed corporate brand.

It was also a valuable time for our leaders to reflect on current practices, review their leadership approach, and identify how we can reset and reignite the way we work moving forward.

This marks an exciting new chapter for Retail First, our shopping centres and, most importantly, the people who bring our business to life every day.
